How to install

Download MyIdol-x64-setup.exe with the button above. The link always points to the latest version.
Run the downloaded file.
If the SmartScreen warning below appears, follow the steps as described.
When installation finishes, the trainee appears in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
Drag it wherever you like. It remembers the spot.

⚠️ You'll see a "Windows protected your PC" warning

The current build has no code-signing certificate. That's why Windows SmartScreen shows a blue warning on first launch. It's not because of malware; every new developer who hasn't bought a certificate gets the same screen.

How to proceed: click More info in the warning → click Run anyway

Verify file integrity

Since the build isn't signed, you can verify the file yourself. Run the command below in PowerShell and compare the output.

System requirements

OS	Windows 10 (1809+) or Windows 11, 64-bit
WebView2 runtime	Included in Windows 11. On Windows 10 it's downloaded automatically during installation if missing.
Disk	approx. 20 MB
Network	Optional. Used only for the calendar (ICS) feature.

Trial and license

During the 7-day trial you get every feature with no limits.
After the trial, to-do, calendar, water, and stretch reminders keep working. Only the growth effects (record, stage changes, graduation) stop.
When you buy, we email you a key in the TRN-... format.
Paste it under right-click the widget → Settings → License and register. It applies immediately.

ℹ️ License verification is offline

No server is used to verify keys. No account, no login, no activation server call. The key is stored only in Windows Credential Manager.

How to uninstall

Remove MyIdol from Settings → Apps → Installed apps
Save data and settings live in %APPDATA%\com.lani319.myidol. Delete that folder too for a full clean-up.
The calendar ICS URL is stored in Windows Credential Manager. Remove the MyIdol entry under Control Panel → Credential Manager → Windows Credentials.
